As your primary contact for the design phase, your Design Consultant will work closely with you to understand your
vision and closely with the Design Architect to ensure your vision translates to the plan, continually checking your
design and proposal every step of the way.
Your Design Architect embodies creativity as they are responsible for selecting the right materials, preparing the proposal, and ensuring your design is aesthetically pleasing, functional, and an effective use of your space and budget.
Your Design Assistant will support your project by facilitating zoning requirements, generating guidelines for the installation team, and preparing all documents you, your HOA, or your design and build team may need along the way.
Your Project Manager is a technical expert in your project who is responsible for the production of your project from the moment your proposal is finalized. They understand every facet of your build process and will procure materials, coordinate delivery schedules, and ensure the project starts on time and finishes according to schedule. They will conduct a pre-walkthrough of your project with you at the job site, confirm all details, and communicate with all parties to facilitate an accurate and on-time build.
Once your project is underway, your Project Supervisor will be on-site regularly to ensure your construction moves smoothly by verifying materials, assisting with additional deliveries, supervising safety, and checking that the build is following the project plan.
Throughout your project, the Project Assistant will provide support for your Project Manager by handling all administrative aspects of production from start to finish.
Your Installation Team brings your vision to life with the help of your Project Manager and Supervisor. Together, they will prepare your job site, efficiently and expertly install all materials, and maintain a clean workspace as your idea transforms into the outdoor space of your dreams.
