All hardscape installations and interior remodels include a one (1) year labor warranty as described in the Workmanship Labor Warranty.

All drainage elements, porch/deck screens, mortar joints, and stone steppers, are warranted for a period of 6 months. Home Vista does not warranty polymeric sand as that is a regular maintenance item.

All paver and wall block products come with a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty. Efflorescence is not covered by Home Vista or manufacturer warranties.

Stone steppers can settle, shift, or crack over time, and this natural irregularity is not warrantied.

The warranty does not cover damage due to construction or utility work around the home.

The warranty does not cover issues related to staining applied to lumber products.

The warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by or related to mold.

Interior home remodel warranty covers structural integrity of installed cabinets, countertops, and fixtures, as well as installation quality of flooring/tile, and proper installation of plumbing and electrical components.

Hardscape installations include a 1-year labor warranty for any heaping, heaving, or sinking.

Paver products come with a limited lifetime transferable manufacturer warranty on the structural integrity of its product line used in residential applications. Refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for additional details.

Interior remodel warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original homeowner who contracted the remodeling work.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, fading, or discoloration due to aging or exposure; damage caused by improper use, abuse, neglect, or modifications by the homeowner; issues resulting from natural disasters, water damage, or unforeseen structural deficiencies; modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than the Contractor.
